FISHING CRUISE

PARTY OF AMERICANS SCHOONER-YACHT NAVIGATOR ARRIVAL HERE NEXT TUESDAY To be used for fishing in northern waters, the 79ft. auxiliary schooneryacht Navigator is expected to reach Auckland from San Pedro, via American Samoa, next Tuesday. A cable message received yesterday morning by Captain E. J. Keatley, of Mount Albert, from Captain F. K. Klebimgat, master of the schooner, at American Samoa, stated that the vessel was on the last stage of her long voyage. The Navigator left San Pedro early this month for Auckland and she will ho joined here by a party of Americans who will cruise to the northern fishing grounds and also to the West Coast sounds. Before leaving port she will receive attention on a slipway. Captain Klebimgat visited Auckland a number of years ago with the yacht Fisherman on one of Mr. Zane Grey's earlier fishing calls.
