GERMAN REPARATIONS
DEMAND FOR RETURN POSSIBILITY REPORTED LONDON, Dec.' 20 When the president of the Reichsbank, Dr. Schacht, was in London recently, he hinted that Herr Hitler would shortly demand Germany's reparation payments to be returned by the Powers, including £120,000,000 received by Britain and £500,000,000 received bv France, says the Sunday Chronicle. -
