In oonnection with the alleged shortage of waggons, which it was stated was the cause of the earlier stoppage of the mine on Wednesday, the local stationmaster, Mr. J. S. Scoullar, denied to-dfty that there was a shortage of waggons on Wednesday. Ho said that there were more waggons standing at the mine than were required to fulfill the company's orders.
