ANGLO-ITALIAN PACT
EARLY IMPLEMENTATION IN FORCE NEXT MONTH (Received October 28, 5.5 p.m.) Times Cable LONDON, Oct. 27 The Times' diplomatic correspondent says the British Ambassador to Rome, the Earl of Perth, has informed the Italian Foreign Minister, Count Ciano, of the British decision to bring into, force the Anglo-Italian agreement at the earliest possible date. The correspondent adds that no obstacle is expected to the bringing of the agreement into force on November 15.
