COST TO COMMONWEALTH [from OUR OWN correspondent] CANBERRA. Oct. 17 It is estimated that the administration of the National Insurance scheme cost the C om monwealth Government £IOO,OOO a year. The Minister representing the Treasurer, Senator Foil, told Senator Aylett that, to the end of last Juno, inquiries, advice, and Royal Commissions in connection with the scheme had cost £23,526, of which the Royal Commission on National Insurance in 1923 had accounted for £11,990. i'-'
