TE KUITI LOAN SCHEME
PROPOSALS EXPLAINED £BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] TE KUITI, Friday The Mayor of Te Kuiti, Mr. H. T. Morton, and members of the Borough Council explained the borough proposal to raise a £SOOO loan for street sealing to an audience of over 50 in the Municipal Hall. During question time several speakers, including the previous Mayor, Mr. T. Carroll, expressed wholehearted support of the scheme, for which a loan poll will shortly be held.
