(Received October 25, 0.5 p.m.) ROME. Oct. 24 The machine in which tho Italian airman Lieutenant-Colonel Mario Pezzi established a world altitude record of 56.100 ft. had its cabin hermetically sealed. This made the use of cumbersome clothing and breathing apparatus unnecessary, and overcame the handicaps of stratosphere flights.
