THE FRENCH SENATE RIGHT PARTIES' GAINS - COMMUNISTS REJECTED (Received October 24, 7.25 p.m.) PARIS. Oct. 24 In the elections for the Senate, the Right parties gained nine seats at the expense of the Radical-Socialists and Centre group, the former of which still controls a majority. Two members of the Cabinet, M. Sarraut (Interior) .and M. Queille (Agriculture), were , re-elected. No Communists were returned.
