Wallnutt, has been advised thtit. in connection with the request male by bim to the Minister of Public Works, the Hon. R. Semple, when in. Waihi last January, the old wooden,, bridge at the immediate entrance to the town over the Mangatootoe Stream is to be replaced by a modern structure. The work has been provided for on this year's estimates and preparations are now in hand.
