NORTHERN UNION'S OFFICERS The president, Mr. J. D. Draper, presided over a large attendance of delegates at the annual meeting of the Northern Athletic Union ai Te Aroha. The balance-sheet showed considerable improvement on the previous year and prospects are bright for the coming season. The following officers were elected: — President, Mr. F. T. L. Harris (Otahuhu); consuls, Messrs. J. D. Draper (Maungatapere), P. Pilkington- (Te Aroha), E. Palliser (Springdale), P. Bygrave (Te Aroha), L. C. Anderson (Manunui), I;. Kelly (Morrjnsville), D.
