LAUNCHING BY HER MAJESTY (Received September -''2, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Sept. 21 When King George and Queen Elizabeth visit the Clydebank on Tuesday for the launching of the giant new liner Queen Elizabeth, they will make an extended tour of the dockyard. This will enable them to see the vessel from various angles before she is launched by Her Majesty.
