FIGHT WITH POLICEMEN KANSAS CITY INCIDENT (Received September 22, 5.5 p.m.) KANSAS CITY, Sept. 21 A diminutive negro, Charles Thompson, entered a city store yesterday, stripped, took a major's full dress uniform off a dummy and donned it. The assistants summoned tho police, six of whom fought for eight minutes with Thompson before they overcame him. One officer was badly bitten on a leg. p'rom a bed in a hospital the negro said: "I guess I have listened to too much war talk."
