NEW SOUTH WALES SEAT VOTING IRREGULARITIES SYDNEY, August 26 In the Court of Disputed* Returns to-day Mr. Justice Maxwell granted the petition of Mr. W. C. Milne to have the Gordon polling in the last State election declared void on the ground of irregularities regarding postal votes. Mr. H. B. Turner, who had been declared electofl by a majority of nine votes, and Mr. Milne will again con-, test the by-election as nominees of the United Australia Party.
