BRITISH FITNESS EXHIBIT INTEREST AT GLASGOW , (Received August 23, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, August 22 The Ministry of Health states that interest in the British fitness exhibit at the Empire Exhibition, Glasgow, continues to be shown by visitors. In particular models, specimen meals and other facts about food which aro displayed in the food section, have led to a great many inquiries and the Ministry has issued a booklet entitled "Food and Health." In this it sets forth tho principles of good nutrition, reproduces details of the specimen meals shown in the exhibit, with explanatory notes, and deals with tho basic principles of cooking and catering.
