ADMIRAL HORTHY A GUEST LAUNCHING OF NEW CRUISER (Received August 23, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, August 22 Herr Hitler and the Regent of Hungary, Admiral Horthy, who is the Fuehrer's guest, after the christening of the new cruiser Prince Eugene by Madame Horthy, went to sea and reviewed 117 warships. Later they watched night naval exercises.
