DAVIS CUP MATCH
AUSTRALIA VERSUS JAPAN BROMWICH ATTRACTS INTEREST (Received August 8, 7.30 p.m.) MONTREAL, August S Advance ticket sales indicate that ail accommodation will he sold out for the Davis Cup matches between Australia and Japan, and officials are attributing most of the credit for this to Bromwich and his ambidextrous style. He has been the object of the most intense interest since his arrival. The Australians are heavy favourites against Japan with local sports followers. Both teams held long week-end work-outs. Yamagishi is still in hospital, although it is reported he is recovering rapidly and is planning to resume training 'to-morrow or on Tuesday.
