VIENNA CELEBRATIONS
MURDER OF DR. DOLLFUSS (Received July 20, ]l.">o p.m.) ROME, July 20 The Vatican's newspaper Osscrvatore Romano severely condemns hist Monday's Vienna celebrations in honour of the murderers of Dr. Dolfuss, tho former Chancellor. Neither Otto Planetta nor his accomplices can he considered as heroes nor cited in words of praise and gratitude as among the best Germans. "Austria must face the fact that they fired a pistol at the back of a helpless man, and coldly and obstinately refused tho medical aid which could have saved Dr. Doll fuss,' 1 says tho paper.
