SHIPS BOMBED
TWO BRITISH VESSELS CASUALTIES AT VALENCIA LOYALISTS' OFFENSIVE HEADWAY STILL REPORTED By Telegraph—Fress Association—Copyright LONDON, July 28 Two mpn were killed and throe others were injured on the British steamer Kelhvyn, formerly the Marie Llewellyn, which was damaged by a bomb dropped by airmen from elosc range at Valencia. Those killed included a Danish non-intervention officer, says a message from Madrid. Another British steamer, tlio Stanloigli, was damaged in the samo raid, but there were no casualties. The loyalists' Ebro offensive is still making headway, but its progress is slower, says tho Tlemlaye correspondent of tlin Daily Telegraph. The major operation is still the battle for possession of Sagnnto and Valencia, where the loyalists are stubbornly resisting and inllicting heavy casualties on the rebels.
