At the height of a thunderstorm they were forced to stand by their tents to prevent them from being blown away. Tho daily search of the sandhills and the dragging of the lake is being continued, but, owing to slips on the road which leads to the lakeside, access to the camp is difficult. Trouble is being experienced in transporting provisions across the lake, which is very high.
