DONATION OF £250

PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH SIMILAR AMOUNT PROMISED [from otjr own correspondent] HAMILTON, Tuesday An anonymous donation of £250 has been received by the management committee of St. Andrew's Church, Hamilton, in connection with the campaign launched by the Presbyterian Church of New' Zealand to raise £300,000 in three years to liquidate the debt on all church property and the establishment of capital funds for other purposes. The donor intimated that a similar amount would be forthcoming next year. The gift will be devoted to the reduction of the local debt.
