CHURCH FUNDS BENEFIT MASTER MARINER'S WILL In the will of the late Mr. W. T. Brand, master mariner, who died on March 26, it was directed that £IOOO should go to the Presbyterian Church property trustees, for additions to the building fund of the Somerville Presbyterian Church at Remuera; £IOO to buy Sunday School equipment; £SOO each to foreign and home missions of the church, subject to certain deductions if the estate expenses were higher than it was anticipated, and a further £SOO to the Presbyterian Social Services Association, for the benefit of wives of prisoners in the Auckland gaol. Probate of the will has been granted.
