SEIZED OIL WELLS
SCHEME FOR REPAYMENT MEXICAN PRESIDENT'S PLAN (Received May 13, 8.35 p.m.) MEXICO CITY. May 13 President. Cardenas made a statement to-day proposing the repayment of the oil companies whose property has been expropriated with 60 per cent of the annual products of petroleum over a 10-year ■ period. The remaining 40 per cent would he retained for domestic requirements. The total amount of the debt would be determined by experts.
