STRUGGLE WITH SOLICITOR . ARREST AS SEQUEL [hbom our own correspondent] SYDNEY, April 29 A solicitor, Mr. V. H. Flynn, who lives at Bellevue Hill, had an exciting Btruggle with an intruder, who, he has informed the police, entered the bedroom of his home on the first floor at 1.16 a.m. yesterday by climbing up a pillar and then crawling, at the risk of a long drop, over roofs to an open bathroom window. Mr. Flynn said he and his wife were awakened by the creaking of a board in the bedroom floor. Jumping out of bed •'he saw a -youth silhouetted against the open door. "I made a flying rush at him," said Mr. Flynn, "and in the struggle I knocked him into the bathroom. In the fight which followed I was able to get the intruder down, and I sat on him while my wife called the police." When the wireless patrol arrived they arrested a youth, aged 17, who, they alleged, was wearing woollen gloves.
