Sj S OVER CABINET PRIME MINISTER INSECURE ■- f ('EeceiTed April 25, 5.5 p.m.) Timei Cable LONDON, April 24 The correspondent of the Times at Cairo gays anticipations that the difficulties of the Prime Minister, Mahmoad Pasha, would not end with the general elections, have been abundantly verified, and there is even a Possibility that he may be driven to resign. A crisis has arisen from a projected reshuffling of the Cabinet, which at present contains 'only three deputies in addition to six senators. Six of the Ministers are outside of Parliament.
