expelling undesirables SIX RUSSIANS INCLUDED (Received April 25, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, April 24 The Government's decision to tighten the control over foreigners has already Suited in the notification of expulsion Orders against 220 undesirable aliens, of *hom six aro well-known in the Russian refugetj colony. These include Generals Chatiloff, Tourkoul, KousJovsky and Kotchkin. General Chatiloff is alleged to have an offer to General Franco to faise a White Russian force in Franco.
