CHECK ON BARGAINING Times Cable LONDON, April 20 Visitors to Turkey in a short time will no longer enjoy tho thrill of bargaining in bazaars, says the Istanbul correspondent of the Times. The Government is promoting a law enforcing fixed prices for all goods marked, and imposing a heavy fine on shopkeepers who take more or less than the marked price..
