PROPOSED CONVERSATIONS CABINET GIVES APPROVAL (Roceived April 21, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, April 20 The Minister of Foreign Affairs, M. Bonnet, has secured approval for the holding of conversations between Italy and France. An Ambassador will be appointed to Rome immediately the Council of the League of Nations authorises the recognition of the conquest of Abyssinia.
