POLICE COURT NEWS
CASES FOR TRIAL ? .' - Charged with committing rape, Rholda Lang, labourer, aged 24 (Mr. Noble), pleaded not guilty when he appeared in the Police Court, before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., yesterday. Accused reserved his defence, and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Three charges of indecent assault on males were preferred against Herbert George Forde, musician, aged 38 (Mr. Moody). Pleading not guilty, accused was committed to the Supreme Court for trial.
