MUSHROOMS PLENTIFUL
RESULT OF THE RAINS Mushrooms at a shilling a pound in the city shops are making a minor sensation among housewives. The Easter rains coming after a prolonged spell of warm weather have brought on unusually large quantities in districts around Auckland, and the markets have received the biggest supplies for several years. The mushrooms are said to be of exceptionally good quality.
