CHILDREN'S PARTY

MYERS KINDERGARTEN GAMES AND DANCING Between 80 and 100 children attended the fancy dress party arranged by the Mothers' Club of the Myers Free Kindergarten on Saturday afternoon. Charming decorations had been carried out in the large rooms at the kindergarten and, with the brightly coloured fancy dresses worn by many of the children, a charming scene was presented.

The proceedings opened with a grand march, after which the judging of the fancy costumes by .Mrs. Sellers and Mrs. A. Smith Gray, two members of the kindergarten iadies' committee, took place. This was followed by dances performed by some of Madame Valestca's pupils. . Later brightly coloured jellies were enjoyed by the children, as well as sweets, and before the party ended Easter eggs were given to each child. The director of the Myers Free Kindergarten, Miss Vere Middleton, and members of her staff assisted the Mothers' Club.
