RELEASE FROM QUARANTINE (Received April 1. 32.20 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 31 Tho Straithaird arrived at Sydney to-day and was released from the quarantine imposed following the death of ft woman passenger from smallpox. Only a few tourist class passengers were temporarily detained. A number of Now Zealand passongois were unable to secure berths by the Awatea due to sail from Sydney tomorrow for Wellington.
