SAWMILL WORKER'S CLAIM
[BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION"] NAPIER, Wednesday Finding that the circular saw concerned in the case had been guarded so as to form an adequate protection, the jury declined to award damages to George Moorcock, a sawmill worker, in respect of a claim against a Tikokino sawmiller, Carl Hansen. Judgment was accordingly entered for defendant.
