INTOXICATION CHARGE
MOTORIST REMANDED Alleged to have been intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car in Dundonald Street, Newton, on Tuesday, an electrician, Charles Henry Drury, aged 39 (Mr. Elwarth), appealed before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday. He was Monday, bail being fixed at £25.
