GOLDEN WEDDING

DEVONPORT RESIDENTS The golden wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Willis, of Mozley Avenue, Devonport, will be celebrated to-day. Mr. and Mrs. Willis were married on March 3, 1888 in Woodbourne Church, Dunmurry, Belfast, Ireland, and came to New Zealand in 1914 on the lonic. They have seven children living, four sons and three daughters. Mr. Willis was a cloth printer and was for 35 years employed in the firm of Crawford and Sons, Dunmurry. Three of Mr. and Mrs. Willis' sons served' in the Great War while their daughters are Mrs. Henry Mills and Mrs. S. Mills, of St. Heliers Bay, and Mrs. B. Carter, of Auckland. There are 16 grandchildren.
