THE PRIME MINISTER
TERMINATION OF VISIT SUBURBAN MOTOR TRIP After a two days' visit to Auckland for tho New Zealand Catholic Centenary celebrations, the Prime Minister, Mr. Savage, left for Wellington last night. Mr. Savage undertook no public engagements yesterday, but spent part of the day on a motor trip through the outer sußurbs with Mr. R. Riley, Government publicity officer, visiting St. Heliers and Titirangi. As sealing was in progress, Mr. Savage .was unable to traverse any part of the new scenic drive, but from tho summit of Mount Atkinson he obtained a good view of its course through the hills. A brilliantly fine afternoon added much to the pleasure of the trip.
