NEW COMMANDMENTS POWER OF BAYONETS "IL DUCE ALWAYS RIGHT" REVOLUTION FOUNDATION By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright , (Received February 3. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 2 The Rome correspondent of the Daily Telegraph states that the Fascist militia has received a riew set of 10- commandments, the closing words of which are: "Mussolini is always right." The following axioms are laid down: (1) The Fascist revolution still rests on the militiamen's bayonets. (2) Fascism's enemy is their enemy. (,"}) Everywhere and always Italy must be served by every means with work and blood. (4) A soldier attacking with decision possesses a certainty of victory. Signor Starare, secretary sreueral of ■the Fascist Party, has ordered the military cadets and the senior youth organisations to adopt the goose step. The juniors are to take it up later.
