YEAR'S REGISTRATIONS [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Wednesday There was' a large increase in the number of motor vehicles licensed in New Zealand last year, the total at December 31 being 265,362. The Post-master-General, the Hon. F. Jones, in an interview to-day, said this represented an increase of 25,129, or well over 10 per cent, on the correspondftig registrations for the previous year. Motor-cycle licenses decreased by more than 1100, or fully five per cent, the Minister added.
