NAZI LEADERS

CONFERENCE IN GERMANY FOUR-POINT PROGRAMME (Received January 12, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. Jan. 12 The Munich correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that at a conference of Nazi regional leaders held at Santhofem, the new training centre, those present adopted a four-point programme foreshadowing that the more aggressive members of the party who have been silent since the 1934 "cleanup," are returning to the forefront. The programme demands supremacy for the Nazis' world ideology, a radical change in the economic system, the delegating of changes in policy to the German people instead of to "industrial patriarchs," the creation of a Nazi school system based on training in the national ideal of service to the community and the race, and totalitarian rights in all spheres of publio health.
