DELIBERATE INTERFERENCE BRITISH EXPERTS' REMEDY (Received January 12, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 12 The Daily Mail says a deliberate attempt, by alternate roaring and whistling, to jam the British Arabic broadcast, resulted in British experts eventually slightly deviating from the wavelength. SOVIET'S PROPAGANDA ITALIAN COUNTER-MOVE (Received January 12. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 11 The Rome correspondent of the Dailj Telegraph says Signor Mussolini has decided upon a counter-offensive to the Soviet's anti-Italian broadcasts, which have been proceeding for two years in the Italian language, necessitating the doubling of the power of the shortwave station at Rome.
