COLLISION AT PARNELL

A remarkable escape from injuries resulted when a collision occurred between a' taxi, driven by Mr. W. J. Buckley, of 19 Clarence Street, Ponsonby, and a private motor-car driven by Sir. N. Munroe, of Clevedon, on the Parnell rise, City, just after four o'clock yesterday afternoon. Although the taxf contained one passenger and the motor-car fopr persons, no one was injured. The motor-car was extensively damaged and was later removed by a break-down truck. The taxi, slightly damaged, was driven away under its own power.
