Hewitt, S.M., to John Hcnrv O'Brien, aged 5.3, a seaman, who was charged with assaulting Michael Coy ye. "Tlse your fists. That is another matter. Coyne, in evidence, said he was seated in a billiards room when accused came up and struck him twice in the face. He then produced a knife and witness had h' s hand cut in warding off a -blow. A constable who was called in said accused had st big pocket knife in his possession and was drunk. On n charge of drunkenness O'Brien was convicted and discharged. *
