ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS SUGGESTION IN SYDNEY [from our own correspondent] SYDNEY, Nov. 25 A suggestion has been made that the Comet aeroplane which won the Melbourne Centenary air race of 1934 and this week broke the London-to-Cape-town record, should be flown to Australia and back in 193S in an attempt on the record of C. W. A. Scott and the«late T. Campbell Black of 52$ hours from England to Darwin.' Such an attempt, it is contended, would provide a thrilling aerial highlight for Sydney's 150 th anniversary celebrations.
