HAILI SELASSIE LEGAL SUIT IN LONDON ETHIOPIA RADIO LINK COMPANY'S CONTENTION By Tclojrraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received October 10, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. Oct. 18 Haili Selassie, deposed Emperor of Abyssinia, is suing Cables and Wireless, Limited, for approximately £IO,OOO, alleged to have been owing, before his departure from Ethiopia, in connection with the maintenance of tho LondonEthiopian Radio Telegraph Service. The company has admitted that the money is due, hut lias pleaded that the King of Italy lias become Emperor and that the cause of Haili Selassie's action is vested in the Italian Government.
