Hotter, a shepherd, aged about 25 years, who had been missing since vcstcrday from the Big Hill station, Maraekakaho, where he was employed. % The body was found a mile below the ford in a Hooded creek, which it is % believed he attempted to cross on his horse. It is assumed the animal | stumbled and threw him into the water. |
