UNDEFENDED DIVORCE

TWO PETITIONS GRANTED Two undefended divorce petitions T.vere:dealt with by Mr. Justice Fair in the Supreme Court yesterday. Adultery was the ground of the petition of Stephen Tharratt (Mr. Robinson) for divorce from Irene 1. J. K. Tharratt. Donald Bell was named as the co-respondent. The parties were married in December, 1930. The petitioner said his wife had admitted the allegations. His Honor granted a decree nisi.

Verbal separation between the parties, existing since November, 1927, was proved in support of the petition of Jack Edward Gullen (Mr. Tong) for divorce from Ada Gullen (Mr. Dickson). The marriage took place in April, 1924. A decree nisi was granted.
