COUNTESS OF CARDIGAN EARL'S SAD EXPERIENCE LONDON, July 30 -.The Earl of Cardigan, in accordance with the wishes of his lato wife, who committed suicide by jumping from a seventh storey window in the Savoy Hotel, scattered her ashes from a boat into the sea near her birthplace off the Isle of Wight. Lord Cardigan scattered also a handful of dark red roses. The ceremony was carried out quietly, but tho earl was much affected.
