ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION * SIGNING 80 YEARS AGO The 80th anniversary of the signing of the constitution of the Church of England of the Province of New Zealand was celebrated yesterday. To mark the occasion, Archbishop Averill celebrated Holy Communion at St. Stephen's Chapel, J.udge Street, yesterday morning. The constitution was signed, at a conference of bishops, clergy ah'd lait.V at the St. Stephen's Chapel and was put forth on June 13, 18-57. The name of Bishop Sehvyn headed the list of 17 signatures.
