REVOLTING TRIBESMEN ITALIAN-MOSLEM AID CALCUTTA, May 17 -- Another 17,000 British troops have been drafted to the North-west Frontier, making 37,000 sent to deal with revolting border tribes in the past month. Indian opinion is that the tribes are being supported with money and arms by Moslems in Italian Libya. ' When Signor Mussolini was iri Libya in March, he had himself proclaimed "Champion of Islam." Since then Moslem religious leaders have been collecting money and arms for their coreligionists on the North-west Frontier.
