HAMILTON EXHIBITION [from our ow> t corrf.si'ondknt] HAMILTON, Tuesday The Waikato Society of Arts held a private view of the Rota Exhibition in the Toorak Hall last evening. There was a good attendance of members and friends who viewed with interest the many exhibits. In welcoming the guests, the president of the society, Mr. James Treloar, briefly reviewed the work and progress of the society. Mr. R. O. Gross, of Auckland, gave an address. The guests were received by Mr. and Mrs. Treloar, Mrs. Treloar wearing a gown of black chiffon velvet with floral spray. Lady members of the council present were: Mrs. Douglas Seymour, wearing black and ivory checked taffetas; Miss Ida Carey, black crepe cloque and matching coatee; Miss L. Basstian, floral crepe suede; and Miss V. Jackson, brown moire taffetas with gold spray.
