FRENCH FLIER KILLED
TESTS WITH NEW MACHINE PARIS, May 10 A well-known French "acrobat" and altitude flier, Rene Paullian, aged 30, who is a son of Louis Paullian, who won the Daily Mail's prize of £IO,OOO for his historic flight from London to Manchester in 1910, was to-day killed when a new machine crashed during tests owing to engine failure.
